We are honoured to announce, the International symposium “Microbial Spoilers In Food 2013” will take place in Quimper, France, from 1 - 3 July, 2013.

We anticipate a minimum attendance of 120 delegates, from around the world, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, decision makers and opinion leaders in food spoilage risk management.

This symposium will focus on the:

  • biodiversity of microbial food spoilers,
  • characterization methodologies, enumeration methods for quality indicators,
  • spoiler behaviour, fitness and functional properties,
  • inactivation processes and product stability assessment,
  • spoiler/pathogen and quality indicators/pathogen boundaries,
  • spoilage risk assessment.

In order to ensure greater visibility and recognition to companies and organizations involved, disclosure of the Conference provides a dynamic communications program.

We will integrate an exhibition area, where selected exhibitors from the sector can present new products, services and solutions.
